This album is Dreams Come True's 15th official album! It's a celebration of Dreams Come True's 20th anniversary!

There are three versions of the CD release. a regular version, this limited edition that includes the "Greatest Hits: 'The Soul 2'" cd (with songs that were determined by the fans), as well as a limited edition that includes the DVD of the "WINTER FANTASTIA 2008 ~ DCTgarden "THE LIVE!!!" concert.
