This is DCT's first single of 2008! This single is the theme song of the upcoming One Piece anime movie.
The cover of the single was drawn by Eichiro Oda, the "One Piece" manga artist. The cover features the "One Piece" characters, as well as Miwa and Masa, all wearing the 'what mee mee wants' (wmmw) brand necktie. The single booklet will also feature other illustrations by Eichiro Oda.
The first press version of the single will contain a sticker of the cover and melody music sheets for "Mata ne" and "Carnaval". Future presses of the single will contain only the melody music sheets.
